Club Structure.

Ystradgynlais AFC is pleased to announce the introduction of a new club operating structure for 2026.

Following recent discussions, the club has formally adopted a clear and structured governance model designed to support continued growth, improve transparency, and strengthen accountability across all sections.

This updated structure ensures:

• Clear roles and responsibilities
   
• Strong safeguarding and compliance processes
   
• Robust financial oversight
   
• Defined reporting pathways
   
• Operational clarity across Seniors, Boys, and Women & Girls
   

The aim is simple — to provide stability, protect the long-term future of the club, and allow each section to focus on developing football in a safe, organised and positive environment.
